Graphene flakes are produced on substrates using methods developed at the Manchester Centre for Mesoscience and Nanotechnology. Substrates are marked with gold alignment crosses defined by optical lithography to aid in locating the flakes. Please select a PDF datasheet below for detailed information on the flake and substrate.
The catalog contains some of the samples we currently hold in stock. If you have special requirements e.g.
